December 2009 In Progress
Twin Steer Atkinson 3800 I am building as a tipper.
Matt Collins
Grain trailer I'm building for a friend. I
took a AMT/Ertl reissue of the Great Dane dry van and cut the sides down.
Also added a full interior to the trailer. It's attached to my IH 4270
which is also the type of truck my friend is going to put the trailer on.

This is my in progress Superliner. I started with a
Italeri superliner. I added all Mack cross members and Mack suspension and rear
ends. I also stretched the frame to 250" wheel base and added tail frame. This
truck will get a reissue Peerless log trailer. Mark

the Paystar logger kit that is being detailed. Paul

This is an in-progress Peterbilt 379. The colors
are classic black and sublime green. I dropped the front suspension, added green
KFS emblems, painted the grill mesh green, opened cab doors, added photo-etch
custom pedals, reworked dashboard, painted "rosewood" on floor, dash, and door
panels, filled air-horn holes and added extra Italeri cab lights and put old
Griffin custom fenders on it. I may or may not keep the Freightliner sleeper for
a rebuilt look but deep down I want a 63" raised roof for it. I may or may not
keep the stock bumper and have some nice exhaust with 90 degree elbows ready for
it. I also have a Revell Beall tanker all ready for it.

Here's a project that has been put on hold so many
times. I started out to make a Mack CL700 tri axle dump truck. I wasn't happy
with available dump bodies so I made my own. I liked it after a while I didn't,
so I sat it on the shelf forever so I took a International Paystar 5000 dump
body. Had to widen it and make a couple of changes and then mocked it up to see.
I liked it. Waiting for my resin Mack E9 V8 engine to come. Need to fab a couple
more things like tank steps and mount other stuff, hopefully by next update it
will be done. William Saunders
