Revell Pete 359 and modified Revell gravel trailer.
Paul Bernard
This was an e-bay rebuild. Truck was in very
poor shape when I got it and to completely redo whole truck, added some griffen
design fenders, scratch built a correct western star battery box, pulled a new
heritage sleeper, all chrome pieces and other parts out of the parts box,
scratch built a bumper, added kfs marker light kit to it, put bare metal foil on
trim, the truck had so much glue on it, I had to grind a lot of the glue off
with a dremel tool in places, anyway I am working on a trailer for it.

weeks. Chuck Paterka
These 2 trucks are the 1st that I have ever built
from scratch, more or less, here are pics of a 700 mack that I got from A.I.T.M.
the western star twin steer I got from spaulding about 4 yrs ago, the twin steer
is owned by my own co decals on it. Pete
The

conversion, scratch built tanks, filled holes for horns, lights, and door
handles, scratch built visors over headlights, fills the frame from the cab to
the rear, and added hub caps. Painted with Testors one coat lacquers, fiery

KW k123
converted to single drive day cab, scratch built air start tank, later model
door handles custom built grab bars, scratch built license plate holders, cut
down front bumper, scratch built mud flaps, trailers are the reissued doubles,
one has been converted to the round dolly legs, with bar doors on the rear, and
the other is basically stock, both have had the wheels moved rearward a bit,
with custom mudflap hangers and mudflaps added. I also did some scratch building
on the dolly adding the legs to prevent it from kicking up, this is something
that P.I.E. did on many of their dolly's.
